User Responsibilities You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.

SMS Communications By providing your phone number and opting in through the Contact Us form at www.thesolarclean.com/contact, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to customer inquiries, follow-ups, marketing communications related to our services, and customer support updates. Message Frequency: Marketing messages will be sent no more than 4 times per month. Message frequency may vary for transactional or service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Opt-In: Users opt in by submitting the Contact Us form and explicitly checking a consent checkbox. Payment Payment is accepted via cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, or PayPal. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Scheduling Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Services are performed Sunday through Friday 8am to 7pm and every other Saturday 8am to 7pm. Solar Clean reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

Limitation of Liability Solar Clean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
